Alliant Insurance Services Expands Team with Industry Leaders
Alliant Insurance Services Inc. has announced the strategic addition of three prominent industry veterans to its ranks as senior vice presidents of Alliant Specialty within the company’s national commercial surety practice. The newly appointed executives include Jeff Leadley, formerly of Aon PLC, Glenn Pelletiere, who held a key position at Marsh LLC, and Tom Rhatigan, a seasoned expert from Willis Towers Watson PLC.
These experienced professionals will focus on the development and management of large, intricate surety programs, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. They will collaborate closely with Orlando Aguirre, the leader of Alliant’s national commercial surety practice, in an effort to significantly enhance Alliant’s commercial surety business, which made its debut in August 2024.
Jeff Leadley, who is based in Chicago, previously served as the regional managing director for Aon, where he garnered extensive experience in the surety market. His insights and leadership are expected to drive innovation within Alliant’s offerings.
Glenn Pelletiere, located in New York City, comes to Alliant with a robust background as the Northeast surety zone leader for Marsh. His expertise in regional surety solutions will be instrumental in expanding Alliant’s footprint in the Northeast.
Tom Rhatigan, who operates from Belford, New Jersey, previously held the title of Northeast commercial surety leader for WTW. His strategic vision and strong relationships in the industry will prove beneficial as Alliant aims to grow its market presence.
