Introducing the ‘It’s Time to Become an Insurer’ Program

In a strategic move to mitigate the gap in qualified human resources within the insurance industry, AXA Turkey has unveiled the ‘It’s Time to Become an Insurer’ Experience Program. This initiative is set in motion in collaboration with the Insurance Institute Foundation of Turkey (TSEV) and is designed to inspire and attract young talents to the insurance sector.

The program stands out as a pioneering model within the industry, providing young university students, who demonstrate a keen interest in insurance and are exploring potential career pathways, with a comprehensive introduction to the field. With its multifaceted content and hands-on approach, the program serves as a beacon for aspiring professionals.

Investing in Future Generations and Sectoral Growth

Scheduled from September 2 to October 14, the program will be conducted in-person twice a week and will be limited to 30 participants. It is open to talented individuals from diverse academic backgrounds, such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, and law, not limited to insurance studies. Esteemed experts from TSEV, AXA Turkey, and the AXA Competency Academy (AYA) will impart knowledge during this period.

Participants will delve into the fundamentals of insurance and gain a holistic experience through various training modules tailored for the professional world. These include insights into AXA Turkey’s practices, analysis of real case studies, and participation in interview simulations. Outstanding participants will also have the chance to observe departmental operations firsthand, offering a practical perspective on the industry.
