AXA XL Welcomes Martin Kilshaw as Head of Broker Management and Alternative Distribution
Global insurance leader AXA, through its property and casualty (P&C) and specialty risk division, has announced the appointment of Martin Kilshaw to the pivotal role of Head of Broker Management and Alternative Distribution for the UK & Lloyd’s market.
In this new capacity, Kilshaw will be stationed in London, directly reporting to Elie Hanna, the Chief Distribution Officer for the UK & Lloyd’s. His responsibilities will include enhancing collaboration with AXA XL’s broking partners and leading a skilled team of strategic broker leaders and managers.
Moreover, Kilshaw will oversee the alternative distribution strategy, which encompasses broker facilities and the AXA XL-owned Angel Risk Management. With a career spanning 23 years in the industry, Kilshaw brings a wealth of experience, having served in numerous senior positions. Prior to this role, he was the Regional Director South at AXA UK.
