Leadership Change at Davies
Claims and insurance management company Davies has announced the promotion of Dhara Patel to CEO of Davies North America. She succeeds Matt Button, who was promoted to group deputy CEO earlier this year.
Responsibilities and Goals
In her new role, Ms. Patel will lead Davies’ operations and sales teams across the U.S. and Canada, which have annual revenues of nearly $500 million. She will also be responsible for client service and plans to expand capabilities in North America.
Background and Experience
Ms. Patel joined Davies in 2023 and was most recently Davies’ CEO of specialty programs. Davies’ North American operations include claims administration as well as actuarial and risk management services.
