Previously known as Generali Sigorta in Turkey, the company underwent a significant transformation when its operations were acquired by entities under Kiler Holding in late 2024. This strategic acquisition marked a pivotal change, rebranding the entity as “Referans Sigorta” and bringing the legacy of a 150-year-old international insurance brand into the fold of Kiler Holding.
