Insurance Academy Initiative
Insurance Academy is embarking on a groundbreaking project aimed at addressing a crucial shortfall within the Turkish insurance sector. This initiative will introduce complimentary “Reinsurance Insurance Trainings” and “Reinsurance Products Consultancy Support”, tailored specifically for insurance agencies and branches, commencing in August.
Ali Civan, the Director of Insurance Academy and a renowned Management Consultant, highlighted the significance of the project. He pointed out the substantial volume of policies that Turkish insurance firms cannot cover due to reinsurance capacity limitations and systemic challenges. In response, Civan announced a specialized training and consultancy program designed exclusively for insurance agencies and branches to bridge the knowledge gap and introduce novel insurance products to the industry.
The training sessions, led by Insurance Management Consultant Ali Civan alongside expert trainers, will provide comprehensive insights into traditional insurance offerings and also delve into emerging products. These include cyber security insurance, executive liability, product liability, and financial and energy insurance. While still gaining traction in Turkey, these products hold a significant share in the global insurance market.
Post-training, participants will have access to Reinsurance Products Consultancy and Collaboration Support through a dedicated digital platform. This will enable agencies to receive both technical and marketing assistance in generating high-volume, reinsurance-based policies.
The project is sponsored by MEDASIST, a leader in media, training, and consultancy. The training and consultancy services will be provided one-time only with a limited number of slots, ensuring exclusive and focused attention. Participation is entirely free of charge.
