Baldwin Insurance Group Inc. has announced significant changes in its leadership team as of Friday. Leslie Nylund has been appointed as the National Director for Broking and Insurance Company Partnerships. Based in New York, Ms. Nylund previously served as the National Managing Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives at the Tampa, Florida-headquartered firm.
Ms. Nylund joined Baldwin in 2019 and was recognized as one of the 2006 Business Insurance Women to Watch during her tenure at Willis Towers Watson PLC. Her extensive experience and strategic vision are expected to significantly contribute to Baldwin’s growth and industry presence.
In another key appointment, Matt Kashdin has been named the National Director of Client Engagement. Joining Baldwin in 2011 as an analyst, Mr. Kashdin has ascended through various leadership roles within the company, showcasing his dedication and expertise.
