Support for Young Talents with QNB Sigorta
QNB Sigorta has taken an important step to support the career journeys of young talents by successfully completing the third term of the “Meet Today, Make Tomorrow” (MT²) program. This program was initiated to integrate freshly graduated young people into the business world and to be alongside them in the early stages of their career journeys.
This year, 6 young talents who graduated received comprehensive training on effective orientation, social interaction, and learning skills under the MT² program. Participants enhanced their knowledge and competencies through workshops and interactive presentations specially designed for QNB Sigorta. During the program, participants had the opportunity to establish new and meaningful connections with each other and with employees from various departments of the company at various social events.
Strong Support at the Start of Their Careers
As of 2024, QNB Sigorta has reached 110 students and recent graduates through internship and MT² programs, continuing to contribute to a solid start for young talents in their careers. Nadire Yücetürk, Deputy General Manager responsible for Human and Culture at QNB Sigorta, stated that the program not only develops young people’s professional skills but also equips them with critical competencies such as leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. Yücetürk said, “We know that the support of experts and institutions in the field plays a vital role in revealing the potential of young talents. With our MT² programs, we aim to allow young people, especially those at the beginning of their career journeys, to understand the business world more deeply. As QNB Sigorta, we are determined to guide our youth and always be by their side in their development processes.”
QNB Sigorta plans to start the new term of the MT² program in June 2025. Through this program, QNB Insurance aims to support young talents in realizing their dreams and will continue to integrate their creative energy and potential into the future of the company.
