Sinem Gürün joined HDI Sigorta on February 19, 2025 and took an important step to be appointed as Assistant General Manager of Claims. Following the appointment process, which will be completed with the favorable opinion of SEDDK, Gürün will lead the claims management processes in her new role and will be determined to increase customer satisfaction.
Sinem Gürün, who has more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Mathematical Engineering and completed her master’s degree in Business Administration at Galatasaray University. She started her professional career as an inspector at Anadolu Sigorta and worked in various important departments such as bancassurance, auto and non-auto claims and supply management.
Most recently working as a claims coordinator at Anadolu Sigorta, Gürün played an active role in implementing innovative initiatives such as digital fraud detection and artificial intelligence applications. As the assistant general manager responsible for claims at HDI Sigorta, he will assume important responsibilities in managing claims processes and increasing customer satisfaction.
