Neova Sigorta came together with its agents from all over Turkey. At the meeting, the company’s financial results for 2024 were evaluated, while its 2025 targets and the new Agent Segmentation structure developed for agencies, one of the most important stakeholders in the sector, were introduced. Aiming to further strengthen its cooperation with agencies, the main motto of the meeting was “It’s Time to Be the Best”.

Neslihan Neciboğlu, General Manager of Neova Sigorta, stated in her speech at the meeting that the company has steadily increased its market share in the sector with the strong financial structure and sustainable growth strategy provided by Kuveyt Türk Group.
“Our agents are our most valuable business partners. We plan to further strengthen our cooperation with them in 2025. To this end, we have made our operations more effective and efficient by implementing an agency segmentation structure that enables us to understand the different needs of each of our agencies and develop customized strategies for them. Thus, we aim to achieve sustainable growth by identifying areas in need of improvement and ensuring that our agencies gain momentum in a positive direction. Neova Insurance Sets Strategic Targets for 2025
At the meeting, it was emphasized that Neova Sigorta will move forward in 2025 with a strategy focused on sustainable growth, profitability, inclusiveness and operational excellence. The Company rapidly strengthened its agency channel throughout 2024 and completed the year with 3,555 agencies. By the end of 2024, the company generated TL 13 billion in premium production and reached an internal share of 69 percent in the agency channel.
Neova Sigorta will continue its growth journey in 2025 by focusing on innovative technologies, sustainable business models and strong agency collaborations to further strengthen its position in the sector.
