Anadolu Sigorta’s Off-Road Auction Platform
Anadolu Sigorta has launched the Off-Road Auction Platform to make the management of claim file processes more efficient. This platform is designed to facilitate the work of experts and plays a significant role in the restoration, salvage, and recovery protection stages.
The Off-Road Auction Platform is an important development for reducing damage in the claim file processes for policyholders and insurance companies. Thanks to this platform:

Registered restoration and salvage companies can participate in the auction processes, while experts can also receive bids from external firms. At the end of the auction processes, services are provided by firms registered in the system or those presenting external bids, conducting a process aimed at remedying the grievances of policyholders.
All auction transactions are conducted digitally through Anadolu Sigorta’s Asenta platform, ensuring that processes are carried out quickly, transparently, and under control. Additionally, reaching a wider network of firms helps obtain cost-effective offers, allowing costs to decrease depending on the type of work and enabling a more orderly management of the workflow.
